ADVERTISER GUIDE
Build a Roblox campaign draft, fund the creator pool and understand every stage of the results.
Read here first. Your current workspace and campaign terms are the source of truth for rates, caps and permissions.Set up your studio
- Open Create an account and choose Advertiser. Confirm your email when requested and complete your profile.
- Use My profile in the Account menu to maintain your name, Studio or company, website, contact information and account security.
Build your launch plan
- Click Create campaign. Step 1: enter the Roblox experience URL and campaign name.
- Step 2: choose your Goal, platform and Creator reward pool. The live summary shows Creator pool, Management fee and Total to fund.
- Step 3: complete Game hook, Audience, Do and Don’t. Click Continue, inspect Review your draft, then Submit draft for review.
- The campaign is saved as DRAFT and the Owner is notified. Creating a draft does not collect money or open participation. Use the advanced campaign form only if you need custom rates, caps or source materials.
Fees and funding
- The default management fee is 20% of the creator pool, charged separately. A $500 pool adds a $100 fee: total funding is $600. The fee is not deducted from the $500 creator pool.
- Arrange the manual transfer with the team using supported funding instructions. The Owner checks receipt and uses Confirm funding & activate with a reference.
- Do not assume a draft is funded because a transfer was initiated. Participation opens after funding and campaign approval are recorded.
Follow submissions and reviews
- Open Campaigns → View campaign. Inspect Creative brief, Participation and Results. Open each public video to compare it with the brief.
- The BloxAds team records final eligibility and review notes. Advertiser accounts cannot approve creator payouts or change final submission decisions. Use Messages for feedback or questions.
- YouTube observed views refresh automatically each day when configured. TikTok / Instagram counts use authorized/manual evidence. A human review remains necessary before earnings become approved.
Read Your campaign money
- Funded: creator reward pool received, before refunds. Management fees are separate.
- Reserved: funds held for clip slots awaiting final approval. Earned by creators: approved earnings, including amounts already paid.
- Available for refund: uncommitted pool left after refunds, reservations and approved earnings. Paid out: campaign-linked transfers recorded as Paid.
- Do not add all five figures together. Paid out is part of Earned, and Reserved is separate from already approved earnings. Older unallocated transfers are not included in campaign-linked Paid out.
Finish the campaign and refunds
- Ask the team through Messages to pause, close or cancel a campaign. Paused campaigns accept no new joins or submissions; approved earnings stay payable.
- Cancellation releases unapproved reservations to the refundable pool, rejects pending clips and preserves approved earnings. A cancelled campaign cannot be resumed.
- The Owner can Issue refund only up to the funded, uncommitted balance and must record a reason. The record does not execute a bank or wallet transfer; arrange the actual refund with the team. Refer to Campaign terms for the agreement.
FAQ
- Can I guarantee a view total? No. Rewards depend on eligible, reviewed views and campaign caps; forecasts are not guarantees.
- Can I change a live brief? Contact the team first so existing creator commitments are respected.
- Where is the report? Results shows reviewed clips and acquisition tracking when reported. The team can Generate report for a printable campaign summary.
