1. Participation

Participants must be 18 or older, supply accurate information and control the channels and payment details they submit. Creator profiles are reviewed before campaign participation. Advertisers and creators may use their respective workspaces; creators cannot join their own campaigns.

2. Campaign briefs

A brief identifies the game, platform, creative requirements, source materials, creator rate, earning cap and measurement window. Supported campaign platforms are YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels. Requirements must be clear before a creator accepts a funded slot.

3. Funding and fees

The displayed reward pool covers creator earnings. A separately displayed management fee shown before funding is added. A $500 creator pool has a $100.00 management fee at 20%: $600.00 total funding. Draft creation does not collect a payment. Funding is arranged separately, recorded after receipt and required before activation.

4. Reserved creator slots

Each creator may reserve one funded clip slot per campaign. The maximum agreed payout is reserved against the creator pool before publication. New slots are available only when the campaign is active and has enough uncommitted reward budget.

5. Content and eligible views

Creators must follow the brief, use authorized materials, publish on the specified platform and disclose paid sponsorship according to the platform's rules. Bots, purchased views, copied clips, duplicate links and misleading submissions are not accepted. Submission alone does not guarantee approval or earnings.

Final eligible views are reviewed manually after the measurement window closes. Approved earnings equal the eligible view count multiplied by the rate per 1,000 views, capped at the agreed maximum. Views above the cap do not create additional payable earnings.

6. Rights and permissions

Advertisers must have permission to provide source materials. Creators must have permission for footage, music and other elements they add. A campaign agreement must specify publication rights and any advertiser reuse, paid advertising or further licensing. Submission alone does not grant unlimited rights.

7. Payout requests

Approved, unrequested earnings of the current minimum payout may be requested for payout. Transfers are processed manually outside the application. A completed status records a transfer reference and does not mean the application itself sent money. Provider charges and currency conversion, if relevant, should be agreed before payment.

8. Review decisions and disputes

Review decisions include notes. If you disagree, use the contact form with the campaign name and video link. Ask for review before reposting or resubmitting. A rejected submission may be replaced within its reserved slot while the campaign remains active.

9. Pausing, closing and refunds

Pausing stops new slots and submissions. Already agreed work remains subject to its brief and review window. Uncommitted creator budget is reconciled at close under the campaign agreement. Approved creator earnings remain campaign costs. Any refund and management-fee treatment should be agreed before funding.

10. Results and third-party services

Views, engagement, conversions, new players and creator income are not guaranteed. Social platforms set their own rules and may remove content or restrict accounts. The Roblox games and YouTube Shorts shown on public pages are independent examples, not client testimonials or BloxAds campaign results.

11. Privacy and support

Account and campaign information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Questions about these operating terms can be sent through the contact page.
